My story
Like everyone else, I was also interested in the questions of the creation of the universe and how to imagine infinity from a young age. To understand the meaning of everything around us. This is how my need to understand and understand everything gradually developed. Along with the excitement that filled me when something resonated with my setting, I gradually learned to understand and understand the many areas of our world, which ended up being quite closely related. From a young age, I grew up both in Brno and in a small village in South Bohemia. This combination gave me a perspective on life in a bigger city, as well as in nature and the countryside. I got to know the benefits of both environments, but also what was missing in them. I gradually got to know the differences in people’s natures, the influence of historical development in the given area, the different natures of fears, concerns, joys, emotions and motives of people’s actions. Also, knowing and understanding the influence and functions of money on people’s behavior greatly broadened my understanding of various situations.
Thanks to work trips to many different countries, I had the opportunity to get to know different areas of the world and gain a greater insight and perspective. Thanks to my open and communicative nature, I had the opportunity to meet people from different countries and parts of the world. Thanks to the study of body language, I began to perceive more the non-verbal component of communication and thus better understand the messages that people give.
In my high school years, I took a psychotronics course where we learned how to work with energy, heal with Egyptian crosses, work with commas and pendulums, astral travel and meditation. Historical fencing, in turn, taught me to work with weapon energy. Martial arts training taught me proper breathing and working with other people’s kinetic energy. It taught me to add energy to the intention with which we send it wherever we go. Researching various philosophical questions made me understand and get answers to various questions. From this, I would highlight about two main ones that form the basis of my actions.
Who am I? I am only the consciousness through which everything appears.
What is love? Love is understanding.
How to transfer consciousness from the head to the heart? Do not rate.
With my work as a masseur, sauna master and lecturer, I fulfill my need to help others, show them possible paths in their development, and at the same time the need for people around me to feel comfortable. But before I allowed myself to embark on this journey, I needed to resolve, recognize and understand a lot of my own wounds, traumas and fears. Simply, know your fear in practice.
All of this has shaped my journey so far, which I love to share with others. Sharing joy, experience and knowledge is another need of mine, which I also fulfill with this.
In addition to the aforementioned psychotronics course, I continued to learn about the principles of energy work through various philosophical topics, martial arts, breathing methods and observing my surroundings in an attempt to understand the basic principles.
In 2022, I completed a basic massage course in classic sports massage. I continue to learn the art of massage and work with energy from experienced specialist Ingrid Šimková.
And I learn my art as a sauna guide and Russian mine specialist from one of the best specialists in Russia.
Both fields are closely related and interconnected. Furthermore, I develop both of them and learn new things.

In a course conducted by one of the best specialists in sauna procedures with wreaths in Russia, I learned:
- set up and maintain an appropriate environment in the sauna,
- make wreaths from different types of trees,
- correct handling of wreaths,
- the ideal technique and procedure of a traditional sauna warming massage.
Masseuse course in sports massage finished with a state exam
The course was focused on:
- classic/sports massage of individual body parts
- connection of parts into a complete massage
- acquiring knowledge of anatomy, dermatology, orthopedics
Successfully passing the state exam from this course is a prerequisite for obtaining a massage profession.
At Inglid, I learn and put into practice various special methods of relaxing muscles, joints and mind. Also energy healing. Her more than 30 years of experience, her personality and connection with nature, the earth, the world and the universe, while keeping her feet firmly on the ground, are an endless well of inspiration, experience, skills and knowledge for me.
