Relaxing massage with special technique to relax cervical and thoracic spine

I usually adapt the massage individually to your needs focusing on places that need more care and relax. Mostly back side of the legs, buttocks lumbar parts and all back side of your body including neck and shoulders. Sometimes it is better to focus on hands and thorax. I will recognize it during massage when I feel the muscles conditions.

• 30 min. 16 EUR – Fast relax (Short relaxing massage is suitable for people that do not want to spend longer time with massage. I will relax your cervical, pectoral and lumbar part of your body. Target is to get back your free movement and energy..)
• 60 min. 32 EUR – Wholebody deep massage (Massage of body back side focused on localization of stressed muscles and trigger points to be relaxed and blood flow refreshed. The massage includes special technics to relax cervical, pectoral and lumbar part of your body.)
• 90 min. 45 EUR – Complex deep massage, 90 minut (Complex wholebody massage focused to the myofascial problems, painful points in muscles and trigger points. It follows to the wholebody massage and thanks to wider time frame enables to go more deeper and more complex.)
• 120 min. 58 EUR – Maximal relax (Deep wholebody massage of front and back side of the body including hands. Focused on myofascial problems, painful muscles and trigger points.)

Sauna ritual Warm oak – 60 EUR

Whole evening ritual in our garden sauna, three sauna cycles.

1st. cycle – warming up your body

2nd cycle – whisk procedure for body back side,

3rd cycle – whisk procedure for body front side.

I provide this sauna ritual in our cottage Modletice courtyard in South Bohemia not far from Slavonice small town based on individual agreement.

Weekend intensive training of Sauna Phytothermal Massage – 360 EUR

Educational training of the phytothermal massage with whisks in sauna.

The price includes accommodation for two nights, meal, education and training with whisks. Education of theory and practice how to set up proper conditions in sauna and the training in sauna.

Place: Modletice courtyard and rural spa in South Bohemia. Maximal capacity 6 persons.
