- menstruation
- pregnancy
- six months
- some mental illnesses (necessary to consult a doctor)
- decalcification of bones
- cardiac decompensation
- varicose veins
- leg ulcers
- local vein inflammations
- acute local inflammations
- acute inflammation of the joints
- nephritis
- acute inflammation of the abdominal cavity
- inflammation of the gallbladder
- gastric and duodenal ulcers
- local fungal skin diseases
- local fresh injury and violation of the integrity of the skin
- acute injury with the exception of sprains
Full contraindications. Not possible to do a massage:
- acute fevers
- purulent skin diseases
- infectious skin diseases such as scarlet fever, smallpox, measles
- tuberculosis of bones, joints, tendons
- active tuberculosis of the lungs
- vein inflammation and thrombosis
- surgery recently
- high KT
- infectious diseases
- malignant tumor disease
- diabetes mellitus
- clients with reduced blood coagulability treated with warfarin
Sauna contraindications:
- high blood pressure
- heart disease
- problems with thermoregulation
- arterial blockages (atherosclerotic) with trophic changes in the region under the blockage
- cardiac arrhythmia
- cardiac decompensation
- acute inflammation of the veins
- inflammatory diseases of internal organs (liver, kidneys, pancreas, etc.)
- malignant tumors
- ischemic brain disease with signs of cerebral blood flow disorders
- epilepsy unresponsive to medication
- untreated tuberculosis
- acute upper and lower respiratory tract infections
