Human being is not only physical body. We have also other layers like emotional or energy. Simply saying we are also body but not only. Like the prinicpal everything relates to everything working in our physical body the same principle works in our other layers. And that is exactly my point of view to my massages as complex relaxing procedure which has impact not only to muscles and fascias but also to the emotional blocks, psyche, traumas and injures also psychological. Muscle tissue can show us a lot of our body conditions. The result is deep body relax and psychological lighten up. In case acute troubles and pains I can remove these troubles or very decrease. While long term working with body can allow me to find reasons and resolve the problem sources. My massages can be also psychotherapeutic. It depends on each of you mainly. What depth you can allow to go. If we will work strictly with your physical body the massage of muscles, fascias, ligaments and joints refresh blood flow and relax rigid, stiff, cool and anemic parts. These can usually be spasm which can develop to the “trigger points” by time. The reasons can be wide scale from psychic, emotional or phisical. Nevertheless relaxing of thes points will refresh bood and lymph flow, substance exchange and pain will disappear immediately or subsequently. It can contemporary release blocked emotions and traumas fixed in the muscles and decrease or remove stress feelings. The target is continuous improvment of body conditions.

My massages can has different length depending on your wish or our agreement based on your needs to relax and unblock.

The lenght can be between 30 and 120 minutes according to your wish and needs.
